Front Of House Manager
The FOH Manager’s role is to assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the day to day operations of the restaurant with a focus on hospitality, guest experience and overall service. A FOH Manager at Another Round uses hospitality as their guiding principal and acts as an advocate for the guest by addressing their needs immediately and efficiently. Applying an evolved understanding of the principles of exceptional service and coordinating the technical aspects of food service is the key to success in this role.
Another Round Restaurant General Manager is a position responsible for the successful management of the restaurant’s front-of-house operations including, but not limited to staffing, labor costs, food costs, preparation of menu, expense control, inventory control, equipment maintenance and overall safety to achieve established sales and profit goals. This role has day-to-day responsibility for all front-of-house restaurant activities including operational performance and execution and directing the front-of-house team. The Restaurant General Manager will report directly to the Director of Food Service Operations for the Luke Family of Brands.
As a Host, you must ensure all restaurant guests are greeted, made to feel welcome and seated in a friendly and courteous manner.
The primary responsibility of the server is to provide an exceptional dining experience for all guests who visit our restaurant and bar. Servers should establish a relationship with the guest ensuring a pleasurable dining experience. Coordinate completion of tasks and cooperate with other employees, managers, and departments of the company to serve the needs of the customer.

The Line Cook is a position responsible for activities of the kitchen The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of food, complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygene standards and the established food production programs and procedures. Additionally, the Line Cook is responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss and waste. The Line Cook will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
